CS HTML Quick Links Question

Hello,Quick question:

In CS HTML Dashboard there is a "My Links" link on the top right. What is the purpose of the Link? Could not find any documentation.
Is it used to add outside links or what is the intended purpose?

Also when an SR is opened in CS HTML there is a "Useful Links" link in the right side bin. What is the purpose of the Link? Could not find any documentation.

Any insight would be appreciated.
