Assessment Scripts

Hi,

I see in R20 you can now add an Account Surver assement script to the account object.  When creating the assessment script it provides areas for questions and comments.  I cannot seem to find anywhere in report or analytics that allows the reporting of these 2 values.  It seems to only allow for the score value to be reported on.

Any ideas if I can add questions and comments to a report?
