Unable to access application front end for EBS 11.0.3 legacy instance

Hi Experts,

Recently after some maintenance on one of our legacy instances we are unable to access front end.
Below are the details of our Env:
EBS Version : 11.0.3
Nodes : 2( Db,CM/Form,Web)
OS : Sun Solaris 5.

I believe there is a problem with web listener. Once we started the services everything showing as up on running.

Once we try to access front end via web listener port, the associated process id is getting killed. We observed the below error when We ran “truss” on “Web Listener” PID.
