[SL48] Robot not detected on solaris

Hi All,
I have problem on my customer.
They using SL48,1 drive LTO 4 scsi connected with Oracle-SUN M3000 - Solaris 10. When i check using probe-scsi-all, displayed error messages " This must be fixed immediately using set-sas-wwid MPTfirmware fault, code 2000".

Anyone knows error messages above ?

How to solved this problem ? Please help me.
