Outound triggering process & Enforce packing in containers

1 - We have set profile option DSNO enabled for our export customers for generating DSNO, But after doing at the time of ship confirm for our domestic customers the

outbound triggering process program fires automatically with interface trip stop, we dont need Outbound triggering process for our domestic customers, So how

this could be acheived?

2- secondly we did setup and checked "YES" for Enforce Packing in Containers under shipping Parameters. This we need for our

export customers but packing in containers should not be again there for domestic customers but now its a mandatory step

to get your items packed while shipping. How we can avoid packing for our domestic customers?
