Financial Options

Hi AllIn my test Instance amn't able to get my Business Group while defining Financial Options in "Payables" Modules. I have given the following Profile Options at my Payables Responsibility Level.Namely :

HR: BUSINESS GROUP
HR: SECURITY
GL: LEDGER NAME
MO: SECURITY PROFILE  OPTIONS.
What could be the causes? How can I resolve this Issue/
