Upgrade SEA 7.8 to SIA 8.1 - missing data after upgrade

We are running an upgrade process from 7.8 SEA to 8.1 SIA (single step upgrade with 8.1.1.3 FP).

We have identified that some data are not created after this upgrade although they are now required to be able to run 8.1 SIA.

- Asset becomes multi-org. but no data is present in S_ASSET_BU table after the upgrade

- Agreement becomes multi-org but no data is present in S_DOC_AGREE_BU after the upgrade

We also found problems in products, events attendees, opportunities.

Is there a document that would describe all these missing pieces that we should take care of during this kind of upgrade ? We can find relevant information for addresses and party relationship but I could not find the same level of documentation for these other tables.
