Unable to acknowledge events in Oracle VM

Hi There,

We are facing issue with our Oracle VM server, the version which we were using was 3.0.3.126. We were not used this server for some time as we were using DR servers for some time. Now we are about to migrate the servers back to PR site. But after booting the VM severs and VM manager we were unable to acknoledge events in VM manager. Noticed oracle id got locked and we unlocked the same. But the problem not resolved.

Now we upgraded the VM manager to 3.1.1.305. but no luck. Finally we reinstalled VM server as well to Oracle VM server release 3.1.1.  But while rediscovering the server from VM manager we are getting the error message " please wait, while system is initializing".
