How to map Supplier Pre-Qualification criterias in the Oracle EBS Procurement Process ?

Hi Gurus,

In our organization, for every tendering activity only those suppliers are allowed to participate those who pass the pre-qualification criteria. Only suppliers passing the pre-qualification stage are allowed to participate in technical stage, similarly suppliers passing the technical stage allowed to take part in commercial stage. In EBS purchasing process with sourcing, i did not see any event to map the pre-qualification activity. Any suggestion in this regard will be highly appreciated.
