Orac 27102 during installation with dbca

Hello everybody,

I have a problem while installing a database using dbca.

The process is as follows : 

First, I have installed the software and the database without any problems.
Everything worked fine, the only problem was, I could not select the specific character set I needed.
Then I got the tip first to install only the software using runinstaller.
After that I should use dbca to create new database. The reason was that I can choose more charactersets in dbca.

I deinstalled my database and did as described above.
But now, in the last step of dbca, I always get ora-27102: out of memory.
