RDA is not taking the system user password

Hi All

When i am running the RDA it is Not taking the system user password getting below error

RDA-00015: Warning - 39 database request(s) not executed in CFG, INST, DBA, DBM, LOG module(s)
RDA-00017: Warning - 1 command(s) not executed in OS module(s)
