Having issue in uploading images for items in Procurement

I want to upload images for items in Iprocurement. I have set  the profile options - POR: Hosted Images Directory to OA_MEDIA like  '/ora_shared/R12/DB28/apps/apps_st/comn/java/classes/oracle/apps/media/' and set POR: Show Thumbnail Images = Yes.

Now, I have uploaded one image stored in above path through catalog loading process. after that, if I go to items, the image is  not showing, it is showing 'this is item's image'. But If I click on the iamge properties, it is showing the path where it is stored in OA_MEDIA.

Can you please help if I am missing something.This is new set up.I have done apache bounce and cleare the cache, but no sucess.
