Charge account Issue.

Hi,

Requirement:
We have Three OU's A,B & C.
Balancing segments also prepare with the name A,B & C.
I have prepared PR & PO in A operating unit with a requester who is belongs to B operating Unit.
Hence Charge account prepared with balancing segment by taking information from PO information of HRMS-Employee assignments.
Where it should be prepare with balancing segment of A only.

Please suggest how to modify. Can it be fulfilled with functional setups or customization only.
