Web ADI integrator for payables-expense reports

Users want to enter expense reports from the phone (Iphone)

Is it possible to define a WebADI integrator in WebADI to transfer expenses from a custom table which contain expense reports to the interface table

Is there any other alternative or API to get the expense reports from a custom table to Payables interface tables

For expense the relevant table is AP_EXPENSE_HEADER_ALL
