"Publish Campain Activity" not available to Publish to CRMOD from ODM

Hi!

I am working through the integration rules for items published back to CRMOD from ODM.  The "Publish Campaign Activity" button is not available to be selected to publish activities that have been completed by the Contact.



Am I missing something simple here?
