Issue with Phantom Items

Hi Guys,

More than 200 phantom items are there in multiple BPA with open releases . I understand it will not allow for creating new relesaes and i need to cancel the existing releases . But not sure how does those items are taken considered in plan and showing up in my planned orders in every run of MRP plan. And what it its impacts.
