change IP for EBS R12.1.3 (Data base Tier, Concurrent Tier, APPS Tier)

Hi Team, How are you doing?

We are planning to move to new building, we currently have EBS R12.1.3 went live on March 2012. , as part of EBS Move, Server Team wants to change IP for EBS R12.1.3 (Data base Tier, Concurrent Tier, APPS Tier) for Production Instance. I would like to follow below procedure to change IP for EBS, could someone take look and correct if my approach is wrong?

1)  Change IP in /etc/hosts and re boot the server

2) Take the backup of FND_NODES

3) Run exec FND_CONC_CLONE.SETUP_CLEAN;

4) Run Autoconfig on DB Tier, Concurrent Tier and APPS Tier, and verify FND_NODES if new ip address has been populated
