Extra consumption of raw as well as finished goods

Hi,

We have achieve below scenario in Oracle, pls guide us.

We are using MRP planning to plan raw material requirement as well as finished & subassembly requirements.

This all matreial is planned against firm demand as Sales order Or on forcast demand.

The raw material qty or Finished good qty is planned against demand qty.But we have some qty loss because of destructive test we are doing on Finished goods.

e.g. If we have sales order of 100 pcs, as per plan we manufactured 100 pcs but of that 100 pcs two pcs are get scrapped because of destructive test.

And this test qty is depend upon sampling plan which is based on lot qty.
