bursting

Hi,

I recently found out that you can't directly use BI Publisher templates directly with Dunning.  Thusly, i will add bursting to the program that creates the dunning letters.

However, someone else set up the templates for this with a translatable template.

Please review the screen shot of the templates and let me know if these will work for bursting.
