We have R12.1.3 on Linux X64. We were trying to upgrade the jdk to 1.6.0_35 for the middle tier. I thought it would be using a 64 bit version for jdk but looks like it is using a 32 bit version. I had some issues invitially trying to upgrade to the 64 bit version and we cancelled that. Any idea if 32 bit is the default that we are supposed to use? How can we find out if the jdk installed is a 32 or 64 bit?
