Someone to know how to release the commitment from internal requisition with status CANCEL ?

Hi Everybody,

We are working about Budgetary Control like "ABSOLUTE" but when user enter a internal requisition and approve this document and after for any reason the user cancel this requisition, the application not release the budget.

Someone to know how to release the commitment from internal requisition with status CANCEL ?
