PO releases getting created from MRP after one day

When buyer releasing from MRP workbench,  PO releases are not getting created. Releases getting created after one day ( i.e When MRP runs at night  the releases get created) This should not happen. When the user releases from MRP workbench, it should spawn the Requisition Import and that spawns Create releases. MRP workbench is not spawning the Requisition import.
