Intermittant problem of Purchase Order print not suppressing details for an unapproved order

Sometimes the originator of a purchase order requiring approval prints the purchase order prior to the order being approved. Usually when this is done, the order prints without most of the header and detail information since the order has not been approved. The purcahse order print checks for the HOLD flag in the PO header and suppresses print within the PO if it on hold awaiting approval so this is expected.

Once in a while the full purchase order will print, even though it has not yet been approved.

Has anyone else experienced this? If so were you able to determine the cause? I'd appreciate feedback if your reply to either question is "yes".

Howdy, Stranger!
