Open PO Migration and Periods

Hi,

This is a question on the open PO migration. Basically the periods close on Oct 26th (Friday). Next month period will be open may be on 26th or 27th. In such a case can we migrate the legacy PO’s on the 26th, provided we get the data file or should we wait for the next period to be opened from 27th and migrate them on 27th itself? This legacy PO's can contain open POs for current or future dates. Please let me know. 

Open and Close Periods
Period = OCTP01F-13
From = 01-OCT-2012
To = 26-OCT-2012

Period = NOVP02F-13
From = 27-OCT-2012
