Removing Parent and Child Members from Dimension Hierachies

We need to remove some parent and child members below from a dimension in one of our Plan types.  What is the best way to check and know if those members are specifically used in any forms, calcs, and rules? 

Is there a better way than having to open every form, rule, etc. to see if the members are used?  For example, is there a function that can search through all those artifacts at ones to determine if the members are used?
