Inventory Replenishment

We are on 8.0

We use Inventory Commit Preference Master P40071

I am trying to determine based on this where the replenishment show to reorder in DRP

Example: 

Customer Group   Branch 1

ITEM GROUP A

Ship from Branch 1

-------------------------------------------------------------------

Customer Group  Branch 2

Item Group A

Ship from Branch 1

I enter a sales order and the Customer is in Branch 2,  for whatever reason Branch 2 has product in stock so I decide to override the Preference Default branch 1 and change it to 2.  When DRP tells me to reorder again, is it going to replenish to Branch 1 or Branch 2?  Assumption Planning Fence in branch 2 is set up with something other than C.
