How can raise Part requirement through Purcahse Order or Purcahse Requistion in Field Servcie ?

Hi

Problem Description - When Service Engg. go to Customer site, after analysis he come to know this perticular part is damaged and this part is not available in Inventory , Then how can he raise Purchase Requsition for Part requirment

Please Guide on Same
