Modifier Incompatability at differrent pricing phases

Hi,

We have a custom pricing formula derived using the pricing attribute (on the sales order line level)

The formula is setup at the modifier to derive the discount based on the sub total of the order (at line level)

The modifier is setup with two different phases, 1) All Lines Adjustment and 2) Modifier at Booking

the same formula is assigned to two different modifier lines with same product attribute (same item)

First the modifier is applied at the order entry (using all lines adjustment - incompatibility is set as Best Price)

and user will add some more items after booking the order, then again the formula is called by the even (Modifier Book event)
