EMPLOYEE_NAME in EDI ASNI

For the ASNI to work for a receipt I believe the field EMPLOYEE_NAME must be activated in ECG interface definition file as well as populated with a valid employee name.  I'm trying to process an EDI ASNI and unsure where I find the EMPLOYEE_NAME and in what table?

Does it have to be an acutal employee in the Receiving Dept of the Plant or can it be anyone?  I find the field EMPLOYEE_NAME in many tables, so need the one that the RTP validates against.

Any guidance and direction is greatly appreciated.
