US PAY: Salary Proration Issue

We recently upgraded to R12 (July), although I don't think that is part of the issue. We installed the Q2 SQWL and HR legislation patches 2 weeks ago, and now we are seeing proration issues. Last week we had one issue with an employee who changed from hourly to salary mid pay period. She did not receive her salary pay. The action plan from support follows;

Please confirm if you are using proration?
Has the process "(Re)Upgrade Seeded Earnings Element of US" process been run, to update Regular Salary and Regular Wages elements with a proration event group?

If that has not been run, please run it.
