Updating Hyperion Financial Reporting Studio (11.1.1.3.000) for use in Win7 x64

Hoping to find some answers on how to update Financial Reporting to a desktop client running Win 7 64 Bits. Running Financial Reporting studio the application crashes immediately after the splash screen (no time to even input credential)

I start with a plain 11.1.1.3.000 install. Per Oracle Guidelines it says that I should apply the following patches

6880880 (to update hptach to 10.2.05)
9657652 (to update financial reporting to 11.1.1.3.20)
13024655 (to update financial reporting to 11.1.1.3.519)

After successfuly implementing the patches I keep trying to run Financial Reporting studio and the application crashes immediately after inputing your logon credentials. I run a process monitor and I see that the applicaiton is somehow requesting information from
