Pivot table Dynamic Table length

Hi I am using BIP 10.1.3.4.1 .When i am using Pivot table the function provided by oracle i was unable to fix the size of the pivot table to static size.
that is, if my sql brings 4 columns ,the table is expanding ,if it bring 2 columns the size is shrinking.Is there a solution for this.
