BI Publisher Desktop tool issue - 10.1.3.4.2

I have installed BI publisher Desktop tool 10.1.3.4.2 on 2 machines( Windows 7 and Windows XP) and tried using the BI Publisher Desktop tool from MS word document ( both word 2007 and word 2010) but facing below error:

Open a word document à click Add-Ins button – and click any button à it says “The macro cannot be found or has been disabled because of your Macro security settings”

I am not sure on this macro error but based on few oracle forums blogs, I have made sure the macro settings are enabled and also I have tried  to delete ActiveX files(.exd) and tried again but no luck.
