Trade Management Channel Revenue Management attachments are not working when inserted into JTF_AMV_A

   Hello All,
 We are trying to create a Text attachment on a claim as Notes with Claim Comments that come from legacy. We inserted the data into the following tables accordingly.

fnd_documents_short_text
fnd_documents
fnd_attached_documents
jtf_amv_attachments

Even then the Text attachment is not showing on the screen/is not getting rendered.
