Siebel Report Upload error

Hi,I have configured BIP with Siebel, when i try to upload report from Siebel to BIP, getting Webservice '<?>' does not have a port with name'<?>'. 

I have imported WSDL file from BIP.  I have 

Namespace as http://xmlns.oracle.com/oxp/service/v11/PublicReportService

Name: PublicReportServiceSerive

Service Port Name: PublicReportService_v11

ServiceDisplayName: PublicReportService

Transport:HTTP

Address: http://<host>:9705/xmlpserver/services/PublicReportService_v11

when i look a the server log file it shows SBL-EAI-04315: webservice 'http://xmlns.oracle.com/oxp/service/PublicReportService:PublicReportServiceService' does not have a port with name 'PublicReportService'

why it is looking for 'PublicReportService'? it should look for 'PublicReportService_v11' ?
