AQ backlog aq$etreceivingtable

I am using RIB AQ configuration for RMS/SIM 13.2.3. I am noticing queue in aq$etreceivingtable in "Ready" state backlogged up to last 3 days. Can you advice if you have encountered this issue and how to mitigate?

DB - 11g
