Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Modify privilege for Transfer Order (CTO) under Release or Complete status

It seems that Agile doesn't allow modification at any field (except description) when CTO (transfer order) is at released or completed status types.

I defined a privilege to modify all CTO's fields with empty criteria, but it seems to work only for pending/submit/review statuses.

Is it correct? I'm with Agile 9.3.1.1. Any workarounds?
