PRC: Launch Update Project Performance Data errors out

We are in the process of upgrading from 12.04 to 12.13...

we are getting the following error when trying to run PRC: Launch Update Project Performance Data

ORACLE error 1722 in FDPSTP

Cause: FDPSTP failed due to ORA-01722: invalid number
ORA-06512: at "APPS.PJI_LAUNCH_UPP_MAIN", line 732
ORA-06512: at line 1

patch 13092448 is already applied

and the process was functional until a few days agon in our UAT environment.

Any idea how to address this
