Error when create database use DBCA in 11gR2 on AIX

Hi all,

   My OS is AIX 6.1 (OSlevel is 6100-07-03-1207) 64 bit.

  When installing oracle version 11gR2 (11.2.0.3 download from MOS), I missed two patch OS (IZ97457 and IZ89165) but when ignored I can install oracle software success !

   After that, I use DBCA to create a new database but meet this error ORA-03113: end-of-file on communication channel. Check alertlog and trace file, I can view some info:

Adjusting the default value of parameter parallel_max_servers
from 320 to 135 due to the value of parameter processes (150)
Starting ORACLE instance (normal)
Exception [type: SIGILL, Illegal opcode] [ADDR:0x8280] [PC:0x8280, {empty}] [flags: 0x0, count: 1]
