Trying to apply patch 7651166 but it has just stopped but has not failed

We are appling patch 7651166 and it has stopped at step About to Sign fndforms.jar : Fri Sep 28 2012 15:41:27. I can not see any reason for it stopping. I will attach the last logs that were updated in a zip file. I did find the below in the autocfg log but got no hits on metalink.

Creation of file /d11/oracle/TEST/inst/apps/TEST_idevapp01/certs/Apache/cwallet.
sso failed. Please see AutoConfig log for details
