activation problem on the ASR portal & MOS

Hi Expert,

I got a problem on the client's asr asset activation.  I enabled the FMA telemetry from the client's server (T2000 with Sol10 U9); however, I can't search the asset s/n in the internal ASR portal or MOS.  The asset has been enabled/activated from the ASR manager without any problem.  I also checked with the ASR manager via test_connection, diag and send_test to the existing asr asset without any error.  The client's ASR manager is running version 3.5.  Is there any problem on the ASR backend??
