Application Header Failure Error while entering a manual receipt entry

Hi, had anyone encountered this error :

(There was a problem with the server while running the business function CommitReceiptDetail. \nPlease exit the application and restart it. \nAdd Grid Rec to DB – Before Line number 40\nP03B102_W03B102E)

I kept getting the same error while keying in the same transaction even after relogging and changing user IDs, assistance would be greatly appreciated on this error. Thank You
