Backup and Restore Oracle VM Manager 3.1.1

Dear All,
I try to connect to oracle user on Oracle VM Manager 3.1.1 using default database and got warning message below

[root@ovmm ~]# su - oracle
su: warning: cannot change directory to /home/oracle: No such file or directory
-bash-3.2$

Please kindly give advice for this.
