Multiple OEMs on same server for multiple databases

Hi, I have tested it on 11.2 on Oracle Linux 5 and now same problem I am facing on 11.1.0.7 running on Oracle Linux 5. Single OEM database control runs fine on the host, but, as soon as I create second database with OEM configured, this second OEM does not work and on login page, when I provide username and password and click on "login" it logs me in, but, then i click on any link on "dashboard", it again takes me to login page. any idea why second OEM does not work on same host?
