Patch 4297568 : WICMLX relinking fails .

Hi All

I am trying to apply the maintenance pack . 11.5.10.2 by following instruction of  -
Oracle Applications Release 11.5.10.2 Maintenance Pack Installation Instructions (Doc ID 316365.1)

As a part of pre-update task i apply 4297568 .
whose readme has instructions to relink specific executables and WICMLX is included in the list.

following error occurs while relinking the WICMLX executable
