Is there a way to turn off PO email notification?

Please see attached file for reference.  I need to know if this email notification can be disabled for a specific organization in the Purchasing module.

Our current setup for PO Output Format is Text.  Naturally, supplier gets a notification (like the attached) once a PO is approved.  Users actually prefer to have the PO in PDF format but we could not customize the Oracle-provided BI template well enough to fit our requirement so we installed a third party software that acts as a "printer" (gets the text output of the PO printing concurrent program, plots it onto the pre-defined template, then prints/emails it).  This has been working well.
