SQL performence Tunning

Hi ALL,

IN our environment,one of the job is getting slow during peak hours or in the after hours.But the Job is getting completed quickly during morning and evening hours.

Jobs contains DML statements.we are running with 11gr2 11.2.0.1 version with weblogic server 10.3.2 version.

I have checked the locks for those tables,gathered stats too what will be the root cause for this issue.I try to compare the ADDM report and awr reports but i couldn't find much...can you please help me in this....
