Work flow deligation

Hi- My client has specific requirement

Suppose 'A' is on Vaction and he sets the vaction rule and all the notifications will go to 'B'.

After sometime 'A' is back from vaction and he removes his vacation rule does the approving the notifications.

Now what client wants is: Even 'A' performs approving activity they still need notifications should be cc'd to 'B'

does this can be achieved thrg standard functionality?
