Patch 13485386:R12.CSC.B - Causes Form Generation Errors

VPC Team member opened this thread for the customer.

After applying Patch 13485386 the following files could not compiled without errors:

au      resource        CSCCCTSK.pll
csc     forms/US        CSCCCTSK.fmx
csc     forms/US        CSCCCCRC.fmx

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect no errors

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Apply Patch 13485386
