R12.1.3:How to use Transaction Objects Diagnostics report to identify the issue

Hi All,

When running Submit accounting from Receivable , The Sub ledger exception report shows errors.

In My Case, its a credit memo and error is GL Date is not in open period, after opening the period GL period and reun accounting program the error exists, so i want to identify the source of the issue,

Ran Transaction Objects Diagnostics report but not sure how to use the data to identify the issue..
